It seems odd that such dated tech is so expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Lots of shot timers, including many on this list, are quite expensive. Shooters looking for the best will be well served by the Pocket Pro 2, especially for solo training. The Pocket Pro 2 has never failed to detect a gunshot, never failed to beep when needed, and has always been right by my side.
